I cherish my local lavender farm and created these lavender beads out of glass after spending time there among the plants. With the lavender varieties blooming their color is so rich that they almost glow - it is at this time of year when people look out across the acres of lavender and remark on the purple haze. This purple rose colored glass is a very close match to those vibrant shades of purple. Note the almost variegated appearance of the glass lavender buds.

These small purple rose colored lavender glass bead earrings were created from beads from my miniatures line, the smallest and lightest weight of beads that I create. They are inspired by the specific varieties of lavender growing at Pelindaba Lavender, the organic lavender farm on San Juan Island in Washington State.

These lampwork bead dangle earrings were crafted using an oxy propane torch from purple rose, persian pink and sage green colored german soft glass rods. I use all sterling silver findings and genuine Austrian Swarovski crystal bicones.

Each pair comes packaged in fragrant organic lavender buds. I card all of my pieces with my purple lavender logo and contact information.
